I think you should have overdone body hair, warts, scars etc showing when you remove your armor. This would be male and female and would reduce the underwear dancing parties very quickly.

This is too funny... it'd be interesting as an option though, and I dont see how it'd be so difficult to add.
Just have the option for each skin tone to include chest hair, then add new textures with a bit of hair on the chest and back :P
